Return Policy: Customers can return their order within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy conditions. If it does, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. We will only refund the cost of the product, not the shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will then issue a refund or replacement, depending on the customer's preference.
